Located in the heart of the Charleston peninsula & sitting on the culturally historical and diverse neighborhood of Elliottborough-Cannonborough-- this mid-century modern apt is fresh and clean with tons of natural light and everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We offer teas, coffee, and artistic touches. There are plenty of eateries, neighborhood bars and grocers in walkable distance.
The Space:
We offer unique artistic touches, coffee, tea, bikes, beach towels and everything we think you'll need to be comfortable and relaxed.
Guest Access:
We'll send a keypad code prior to your arrival for efficient and private access. Your suite is on the first floor of our Charleston single. You get one off-street parking space in driveway and have full use of front porch and table and chairs for relaxing, drinking coffee in the morning or wine at at dusk.
The Neighborhood:
"Cannonborough-Elliotborough draws young professionals and students from nearby colleges to its restored, wood-fronted houses. King, Cannon, and Spring streets, running through the leafy area, are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. Trendy eateries serve up everything from comforting Southern fare to Mediterranean cuisine, and Upper King Street has hip bars for craft beer and house cocktails."

Getting Around:
We suggest riding bikes or walking to get around the city but you get always call an Uber or Lyft if you prefer. Charleston is a skinny peninsula and can feel cramped driving and parking but that is an option as well. Parking in Residential areas is limited to 2 hours on weekdays but there are Parking lots and garages all over. If parking more than one car, explore your options.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is in the heart of the Charleston peninsula with a local grocery mart just steps away from a small grocers that provides local food products. Great beer selection at Charlie’s Grocers across the street on Spring St. We are also only a 19 min 9 mile drive to Sullivans Island and a 26 min 11 mile drive to Folly Beach. The Author Ravenel Junior Bridge is only 2.5 miles and is a beautiful bike or walk to see the city from across the harbor. The tip of the peninsula, The Battery is only 2 miles away. Just think of this as a helpful start for a guest who has never been here and may feel a little lost!
Interaction with Guests:
We are available to answer questions and help guests as best we can. We enjoy guests who are self sufficient and adventurous. We are close by if needed but we stay out of the way.
