I do not recommend this place

My partner and I booked this place for my birthday weekend and were excited about it based on the pictures and amenities and description. However, it was not like it was described. The floors were sticky in areas, the bathtub was falling apart (the tub was peeling off in chunks), the beds were so lumpy and run down that they looked worse than a dive motel. The sheets on one bed had stains on them. The other bed had no sheet on the box spring and it looked rough. The lounge chair outside had a really stained and gross cushion on it. The “kitchenette” was barely existent - there was one packet of grape jam and one wal-mart coffee pod - so even if my husband and I wanted to make coffee only one of us would have been able to and the area was so gross we wouldn’t have even tried. The amenities listed a fun play type room with a foam pit; this is not a thing on the property you have access to. It is a company on the same street you can pay to use their facilities. My husband and I left the next morning - we barely slept on the super uncomfortable bed and decided to cut our losses and head back to Salt Lake.

Not what I expected

I didn't take a shower because the tub is peeling off chunck of resin and just didn't look very clean so we left a day early just so we could get home early. And lounge chair outside the pad was very dirty would not sit on it. Just needs a little work.

Great Value

Comfortable beds, great jacuzzi and pool area, quiet atmosphere, and safe vicinity. Only a few things were not functioning, like a broken door to the bathroom and half functioning tub drain, among other things. All in all, this is an excellent location to stay at.

Nice, short-term stay

The pictures showed a ninja warrior course which my son was so excited for, but it's actually at a building next door to the resort that you have to pay for, so that was a bummer for him. Beds we're really squeaky. Overall, better than staying in a hotel, but only microwave and mini fridge, no stove for making eggs in the morning.

Loved it

The property was great for our family of bikers. Very close to bear claw poppy bike trail. The pool was clean and well heated since it was only 50 degrees in St George during our visit. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom and nice jetted tub. There is also laundry facilities that are for tenant use. Awesome pickleball and basketball - Jace Vernon was a great host and always responded quickly- we will stay here again. Thank you Amira
