This 2022 fully renovated home has everything you need to relax and enjoy your summer vacation. Perfectly situated between famous Arnold Ave dining and Jenkinsons boardwalk. 4 blocks to the beach! Sleeps 16 not including couches. 6 Bedrooms including a primary with gorgeous en suite. One first floor bedroom. 3 full baths. Beautiful natural hardwood floors throughout. Tastefully furnished and decorated with beachy vibes. Fully stocked kitchen. Free wifi. 10 beach badges provided. Towels and linens provided. Outdoor space with gas grill. Pool table. Dedicated laundry room. Two livings spaces with TV hooked up to provided fire sticks. Primary bedroom has tv with fire stick as well. Guests have no access to detached garage but there is plenty of space to park in driveway and bluestone backyard.

Perfect place for our birthday beach bash

The house was perfect for our 14 member family reunion and birthday bash. Large bedrooms and family rooms, well stocked kitchen, plenty of parking for our 5 cars, a short three-block walk to the beach, grocery store a few blocks away. We enjoyed the beach and playing corn hole, pool and other games at the house. The host was very responsive. The host gave us access to the garage which was very helpful to store our yard games, lawn chairs and beach gear over night in bad weather.
