Bedroom #5 is attached to master bedroom and has 2 twin beds . 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the second floor. Half bath is on the first floor. Two bedrooms have cribs (renters must bring crib mattress).

7 minute walk to beach and Jenkinson’s board walk. Once you arrive you will never need to use your car. House is located within walking distance to over 20 restaurants and bars. Point pleasant path station is 15 minutes away walking distance.

Backyard is fenced has amazing large HEATED in-ground pool with 6 feet deep end. Deck has table, chairs and grill. 4 beach chairs are included.

House comes with 4 car driveway with extra spot in the back yard. 2 parking permits, 4 adult beach passes and 4 kids beach passes.
