About this property

Entire place to yourself. Converted garage with new flooring, paint, carpet, & kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked. Complimentary beverage station & many other items. Pool at doorstep, opened from late May to early Sept with beach towels provided. High speed internet, central heat/AC, large 4k TV. Kid-friendly (toys, books, games and dinnerware) and baby-friendly (bassinet, highchair, walker, etc). Free private parking for 2 cars. Several restaurants and Food Lion all located within 2 miles. Enjoy some rest and relaxation.

Pals by the pool

This place is great if you’re traveling with close friends or a spouse. (I did make a mistake in my Booking as I thought is was a twobedRoom, one bath, it’s a Two BED one bath. Luckily I am very close to the friends that joined me on the trip.) I appreciate the hospitality of the host- they think of the little extras that make it nice- extra toiletries, explanation via QR code on how to use the house amenities etc. We hung out by the pool for most of the day on Saturday. It was quiet and we had privacy.

ME & MY WIFE ENJOYED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. THE OWNER WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF I NEEDED ANYTHING & WE WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE!

We have used our previous experience to make this an outstanding property for our guests. Our passion is providing our guests with a memorable experience with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

If you are looking for peace and quiet and a chance to get away, this is an ideal place to stay. There is a Food Lion grocery store two miles away. There are multiple restaurants nearby including great Mexican and Italian less than one mile away. It is about 15-20 minutes to downtown Greensboro. Enjoy the pool area to yourself and relax. There are lots of games. There is also a big screen TV downstairs.

What makes this property unique

This house is located 100 ft from our main house. If any issues come up we can address them right away. Enjoy the private setting. The house has mature trees on all sides providing a private area to enjoy.
