Needs deep cleaned

Property needed cleaned badly , the floors were dirty, the carpet to upstairs nasty, the kitchen had dead roaches in it and roach poop on/ in drawers. The tables were all dirty. The ceiling vents all had mildew and dirt on them.

We had to transfer houses bc electricity out on one booked, new house had ants every where, wifi didn’t work in both locations or TVs, beds did not accommodate adults had to get new mattresses, smoke detectors kept going off and beeping all night. Pool and patio was dirty, nigh lights did not work.

We're so sorry to hear these things because we were not told of any issues at the house we moved you to during your stay. If there was anything that was wrong we would have come right over and corrected it immediately. I'm very sorry for the power issue at the first home but luckily we were able to put you on a beachfront house four stories with a pool at no upgrade fee. Communication is so important when traveling. We hope you'll give us another chance. Best wishes

Perfect for large Families!

Great house to make memories! The location is great to walk to the beach. When you get back the house has a shower & spigot to rinse off right outside the gate & be able to hop into the pool without having to walk inside & drip everywhere or spread sand inside. This was such a lifesaver with all the kids we had with us!! The pool is a perfect size with lots of seating. It was nice that there was pool/beach toys & even a canopy if you needed it. We enjoyed using the grill provided & there was bbqing utensils in the kitchen to utilize as well. All of the bathrooms are spacious & there’s at least one on every level. Plenty of towels are provided for the beach & showering. There’s also dish towels for the kitchen. The main living space/kitchen is very spacious with a large dining table & bar. Great sized fridge. There’s a huge coffee table as well. We loved drinking our coffee out on the living room deck. The loft area was great with the bunk room. There are plenty of tvs, but it seemed that remotes were all mixed up & we couldn’t even figure out a few of them in the rooms so we mainly used the living room. The top bunk railing was also broken during our stay. The living room sliding door is extremely difficult to open. Only other complaint is that the large sliding door in a bedroom was missing the blind so we had to use a blanket to block out light. Parking was very spacious, we were able to park 2 pickup trucks & a mid size SUV with room for maybe one more vehicle.
