This condominium features comfortable a comfortable and elegant living groom combining seating area, dining table, and large kitchen as well. Sliding glass doors onto an exceptionally inviting patio. Full of space for a family getaway!

The unit we booked was next door to construction which hurt our view and was loud in the morning. Not relaxing for a vacation. However, our host and the local management company helped find a new unit which was great.

Beautiful Condo with view of construction

The Condo and the resort are beautiful and new. The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed and everything was in working order. The resort is brand new, in a very undeveloped part of Rocky Point. The pools are beautiful, there are multiple hot tubs and it was not crowded at all. Our only disappointment was the view from our condo as it largely looked out on a construction site. While the listing notes that the resort is under construction, we were unaware that this particular unit is at the end of the resort that butts up to the new construction. Fortunately the windows and doors were thick and we were largely unbothered by construction noise. Still, there was no sitting out on the patio listening to the ocean. In a year or two when construction is complete we'll be back.
