This cozy two-bedroom has a split-bedroom floor plan. Just east of ASU and Tempe Marketplace, next to the 202 & 101 and Light Rail. DIRECTLY across from CUBS STADIUM & Riverview park.
As soon as you turn on that warm Edison pendant lamp, you are immediately ensnared into the reading corner, onto a butterfly leather chair, you see a few books across from you.. You are perplexed, which book to grab? You dive deep into a book, each page bewitching you more, suddenly transported into another world.
You ascend some carpet stairs as soon as you enter the unit. Spacious split bedroom floorplan. With your garage below you, you have no neighbors above or below you.
