Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very stressful experience.

Property beautiful. Decorated nicely and equipped with all the necessaries. We were there for grandson’s wedding. Couldn’t check in at 4 as was posted b/c we had not received code. When finally got a code, was wrong code. Finally got in a little after 5:00. Had my 92 yr old mother-n-law with us after a 2 1/2 hour drive & couldn’t get in!! Then when got into the pretty condo, ALL the bedrooms were Up 16 stairs!! Also had a 12 yr handicapped grandchild who does not walk. It was not posted on site that all bedrooms were upstairs. Had to carry child up & down stairs which IS NOT easy. Thank goodness I had brought a blow up mattress that 92 yr had to sleep on. (Not comfortable). BUT the worse part was the next morning when fixing breakfast the fire alarms went off !! There was no smoke. Called property manager and after we finally got fire detectors off and thought everything was ok, most everyone had headaches &felt terrible. Thought it was from just stress of all that was going on. That afternoon used oven whole house smelled like gas. After wedding rehearsal trued to use oven again and immediately I smelt gas. (Gas was also smelling outside near tankless water heater). I turned off quickly and called property manager AGAIN . Finally got gas company over there and he checked found gas or carbon monoxide in oven. Oven not hooked properly!Turned off gas & Assured me that my family was safe-we were not. 5:20 next A.M alarms went off! Fire dept. came. Carbon monoxide
