This is an Oceans Edge Vacations Property! We welcome you to stay at our Incredible 2200sqft, 4 BR, 3BA condo w/ parking for all! Enjoy an open floor plan that is great for gathering with family and friends. With ocean views, you can Relax and enjoy the beautiful Sunrise from our balcony. You also have private access to the pool right from your own! Mayfair Beach is steps away from the beach & a short walking distance from restaurants/bars, shopping, & nightlife!
Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book. Unfortunately we can not hold dates for anyone.

This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacations charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Due to the high volume of turnovers in the peak summer season and to provide the latest checkout possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6 PM.

Trust & Safety: By booking a stay with us, you give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Check in DIRECTLY AT PROPERTY, NO STOPPING AT A RENTAL OFFICE, Keyless Entry. There are Two Parking Spaces under the carport and ample street parking.

Mayfair Beach is located right in the middle of the action on Coastal Highway right off of 119thst street in Ocean City! Guests can enjoy their large private space and all its amenities all while being steps from the beach! Mayfair Beach is also surrounded by some of Ocean City's hottest attractions such as Ally Oops, Crab Cake Factory, Crab Bag, Dumsers Dairyland, Gold Coast Mall, and many Putt-putt courses among many other attractions. Almost anything you can imagine is just a short walk away however if reluctant to walk or drive yourself, the OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline!

Large Dining Table comfortably seats 6. The kitchen dining room and living room are connected in a wide open concept so you never have to miss a moment.

-LIVING ROOM: Smart TV w/ gas fireplace Large comfortable sectional offers plenty of seating for the whole family. The sectional also provides a pull-out Queen for extra sleeping space.

-WRAP AROUND BALCONY: Enjoy ocean views from the large wrap-around balcony. Plenty of space to hang out and an outdoor dining set for four! DID WE MENTION PRIVATE ENTRY TO THE POOL?!?! Right on your private balcony is gate access directly to the pool!
