Our unit is conveniently located on the first floor, close to all amenities, including a pool and outdoor bar/entertainment area. Location! Location! Location! The 1865 is centrally located within Nashville and easy access to the Gulch, Vanderbilt, Broadway, Music Row, or anywhere else you wish to go!

- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.

**This complex is majority Short Term Rentals so there is a chance you may hear other guest in the building.



**Note regarding the pool: It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. It is heated but only enough not to freeze during the Winter.

However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. While we can't control these elements, we hope you’ll embrace the energy of Music City as part of your experience!
