Newport 107 in the heart of Lake Ozark and by water at the 1 mile marker. You will enjoy a view of the cove located just off the main channel.
Features include 2 Master Suites each with a Queen bed, flat screen TV, private bath & walk-in closets. In addition, there are two guest bedrooms each with two twin beds and a sofa sleeper, making this unit sleep as many as 10 people! Also enjoy a full kitchen with stainless appliances, and large Living room with flat screen TV, electric fireplace and screened in deck with gas grill! Downstairs enjoy the Family Room with wet bar, game playing table, foosball table, electric fireplace and sectional sofa for lounging around and watching the game on the flat screen TV. The lower deck is also screened in. Also, enjoy wireless internet from anywhere in the unit!
This unit comes complete with a 14 x 36 covered slip and overlooks the community swimming pool. Complex features an elevator and is located close to golf (Seasons Ridge & Osage National), restaurants (Baxter's, JJ Twigs & the Blue Heron), attractions and shopping including the 110 store outlet mall.

Great location.

The location was perfect. The size was perfect. The AC was terrible and the beds were terrible. I would stay again if it was less expensive.

Brian, thanks for leaving a review, we appreciate it! Newport is a great location just off the Bagnell Dam strip area and close to many restaurants and attractions. We understand that the AC wasn't cooling properly and after your after hours call around 11 pm we had someone out early the next morning to fix the AC. As noted we appreciated your patience in getting that fixed. We will speak with the owners about the beds as this is the first time anyone has mentioned "all" the beds not being comfortable. Golf Vacation

Great place for our group. The condo was awesome for our group size of 6 and the location was outstanding. Communicated a problem with the coffee maker and the management company took care of it very quickly. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great friend getaway!

This was such a great place to stay for a girls weekend! Lots of sleeping space and places to sit and hangout! We had a little trouble getting the check-in information, but it was straightened out. Overall would recommend staying here!!

Great space, Not clean

We were pleasantly surprised by the space itself. Plenty of room for our group- we appreciated the basement which features a fun hangout area and walk out porch to the pool and boat docks. However, the poor cleanliness of the condo left a lasting impression. Bed sheets had yellow stains, multiple strands of hair were on the bed sheets, shower curtains had mold on them, and the overall impression of the condo was that it was not properly cleaned. Two bedrooms hold two twin beds each which were stiff and uncomfortable. Some of the beds didn't even have full sets of sheets on them. The size of the condo made it a good fit for our group, however I would not stay here again.
