A very lovely little cottage! We had a great week at this cottage. Minutes to kennebunkport’s charmng town, beaches, tons of restaurants to choose from. Nicely updated kitchen stocked with all essentials needed to make a quick meal.Hosts were quick to respond to any questions . If your looking for a clean quiet close to town spot this place is for you.
A very functional home for a family of four! The kitchen is well equipped, bbq grill works great and the outdoor shower is a dream. We loved sitting on the screened in porch and listening to the birds sing. Not a knock on the property but there are a lot of mosquitoes due to nearby fresh water - bring bug spray!
My husband, our 2-year old daughter, and our good friend stayed at this beautiful home for about week. It is a cozy cottage right in Cape Porpoise, a very short drive/bike ride from restaurants/grocery stores and beaches. The property had beautiful outdoor space for our daughter to run around, and ample room inside the house. The property manager communicated well and it was a smooth check-in/checkout process.
Just stayed here for a week. It’s a charming cottage that has been upgraded so that it feels fresh and has newer amenities, but still has the character/aesthetic that you can only get from an older house. The kitchen appliances are all new and work great and the kitchen has everything you could need for cooking/hosting a small dinner. All the rooms have AC units-A LOT of rentals in this area do not have AC so this was a huge bonus. The house itself is small, but the space is utilized so well that it feels much bigger than it actually is. We used the screened in porch every night and it was so beautiful and relaxing sitting out there. The first day we walked in and there were fresh flowers in vases in all the rooms, which was a very nice touch. The property is well maintained and beautiful too look at. Overall it’s a great place!
