Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coqui Villa is just as described. We had one a/c go out, but it was serviced as quickly as Island Time would allow! 5 stars!!!

Beautiful view and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on St.John 15+ times and can say this house and location was great. Very convenient to beaches and grocery stores, downtown area. The large great room and two levels of decks gave us plenty of space to hang out. The kitchen could definitely use some attention to the kitchen knives, they were really dull, and we even tried to sharpen them, and the utensils were lacking. Just a note, the master bedroom does not have any blinds on the very large windows. Would stay here again.

The home itself is beyond beautiful, with fabulous views of the Caribbean. The pool area was awesome, and gathering areas ideal. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We absolutely loved this home. We were also greeted by a super sweet host who guided us to the villa and took the time to share lots of insights about the beaches and St John.

Coqui 7-8 through 7-16

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have made several trips to St. John and Coqui was one of our favorites. Overall the property was great. A couple things to note from our stay. The bedroom that has the bathroom with outdoor access had mosquitos, most likely from the screen on the door. Needs a new new blender (we noticed it was broken). Igunanas are everywhere, we didn’t mind but i could see that some guests may not be so excited.

I loved this house. The view from the huge deck and pool looks out to St Thomas and you get a perfect view of the sunset. You get complete privacy and everything is well stocked and instantly comfortable. The Tesla generator was seamless because the power did go out unfortunately. The location is perfect, 6 minutes to town. Just note, there are 2 bedrooms downstairs which are only accessible from the outside. It worked perfect for our group, but would not work for small children. I hope to return very soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful villa with unobstructed views of St Thomas. It has everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Oh my goodness! We feel like the luckiest people in the world to have been able to find this gem! It was so perfect for our family of 6. The owners / management group thought of EVERYTHING! We had some good meals on STJ, but our favorite meal was when we stayed home and made a full BBQ shrimp taco meal and we had every tool and more! The views at sunset were amazing! Night swims were treasured! The morning shade and coffee on the top deck were dreamy! The primary suite upstairs is wonderful with double doors opening to the best view! The downstairs bedrooms are comfortable, but separate from the living space, which worked for our 4 young adults. If you can afford this place, it is such a treasure!

COQUI - Beautiful renovations with fantastic views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coqui is an amazing property. Peaceful, views that go on forever, spectacular sunsets, starlight at night, especially with a full moon. The pool was enjoyable all day long. We were pleased with the entry to the house. The driveway in front of the house is flat with a ramp leading into the front door. Made unloading luggage so easy.

Friends and Family Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Coqui for 2 weeks, the first with friends, the second with our adult children. Location is great, unbelievable view of the Saint James, STT, STX and beyond. The Villa itself was comfortable and had all the amenities, but was showing its age and was obviously a full time rental. Catered to was fantastic as they have been in our previous rentals, the rental process was flawless, greeter was awesome, and office was very responsive with any of our needs.

Coqui Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and views at Coqui are just wonderful. Unfortunately, we couldnt enjoy being outside as the birds were building nests on the house and were quite aggressive when we were outside. The home and outdoor furniture are quite tired and could use some updating. The furniture in the great room seemed new which was nice as we had to spend our time indoors. AC worked great!
