It’s walking distance to so much: Hillcrest, Mission Hills, Balboa Park, Downtown, Little Italy, The Zoo, and Harbor Island. Also you can walk to the shoreline in about 20-30 minutes.
What makes this property unique
First it’s on three lots of land and includes a separate guest house that I also rent out. So if you’re looking to expand your group, the entire property, with both homes, can accommodate up to 15 guests. It also has an aviary/theatre, koi pond with waterfalls, and it’s like setting into a Costa Rica jungle.
