New rental for the 2023 season! Tropic Winds 904 is a beautifully decorated, fully-furnished, coastal-living, beach condo. This condo offers FREE seasonal beach chairs from March 1st to October 31st. Don't let the lack of reviews concern you, you'll be one of the first to rent this stunning property.

From the moment you walk in you'll feel the elegance and notice the tasteful, upscale, appointments throughout the property. Features Include: quality Flexsteel living room furnishings; master Tempurpedic mattress; tiled flooring including the balcony; composite balcony furnishings; remodeled kitchen with stunning cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and breakfast bar; stainless appliances; doorless, walk-in, master shower w/ travertine accents; raised 36'' vanities; guest bathtub with tiled surrounds; comfort height toilets; upgraded fixtures; and laundry room with stacked Samsung washer/dryer.

The condo is gulf-front and offers majestic views of the emerald coast from both the living room and master bedroom. You'll love the open floor plan. The oversized balcony looks directly over the beach. It's perfect for relaxing in the sun, enjoying a drink, reading a book, or napping to the sound of the waves.

The master bedroom includes a king bed and private bath ensuite. The large guest suite includes 2 queen beds and private access to the guest bathroom.

A separate laundry room offers full-size font loaders. Our beach condo is a renter favorite. Book it today, you'll be glad you did!

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. One free parking pass will be provided. Each additional vehicle will be charged $40, for an extra parking pass, to park on property. This must be paid prior to or at time of arrival. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

The condo is beautifully decorated and spacious. For older folks and toddlers the tall kitchen table and chairs are not ideal. Could use one comfortable recliner. The parking deck is difficult for larger vehicles with very tight spaces. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great week with the family

Mother/daughter getaway

This was the first trip my mother and I had ever been on together, just the two of us and no other family members were present. It was a healing process for the both of us. FYI: my mother was not my primary caregiver and some family wounds needed to be healed through conversation, dialogue, and prayer. I have forgiven my mother for not raising me and can continue my life in empowerment and blessing!

Walking into #904 was very clean & gave the feeling of being welcomed. It is an absolutely beautiful unit with its upscale beach-like vibe (love the serene colors). Beds are perfect! The kitchen is more than well supplied. The lanai is fantastic with more than enough comfortable furniture.There is so much we enjoyed about 904 & the area. Hope to come back as time permits.

A friend owns a condo in Tropic Winds so we decided to stay there to be close to visit..Unit 904 is beautifully decorated and was perfect in every way. The 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom gave us plenty of sleep space.Having our reserved beach chairs were a great extra perk!My family couldn’t believe the excellent customer service we received when we needed a 2nd car pass - immediate satisfactory response!I would definitely stay in this unit again or use Greta’s!!

Our week at Tropic Winds 904 could not have been better! The condo was decorated beautifully and the rooms and porch were larger than condos we have rented in the past. The assigned parking and being close to the elevator was a plus! We were very spoiled to have our beach chairs waiting for us daily. The weather was gorgeous and our food choices superb! I wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to come back!! Greta’s Was Great!

It is tastefully decorated, has comfortable furniture including the beds and a well stocked kitchen. The unit was spotless on arrival. The furniture on the extra wide balcony was good quality and comfortable. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and the chairs in the shade by it. The building is well maintained and the staff with Greta's Rentals were good to deal with. Don't let the fact that this is the first review scare you away. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again or any unit maintained by Greta's.
