This Family Pool home has freshly remodeled pool and spa with Pebbletech. Bedrooms have queen beds in each of the guest rooms and 1 kingsize bed in the master plus 2 queen Air mattresses. Enjoy the electric fireplace and heated spa in the winter and the swimming pool in the summer. (Extra charge to heat). RV Parking with hookups and boat parking. Smart TVs in living room and master, internet, Direct TV included. Minutes from Lake Havasu and London Bridge and minutes from the New Riviera’s Marina. Enjoy the night life & dining or off-road in the desert. Laughlin Casinos just an hour away. Parker Strip 45 mins away.

We love boating and the beauty of the desert. We bought this home to enjoy with our family and as a get away for us. I am happy to share this home with others who also enjoy boating and the desert.

This is a quiet neighborhood of full time residents it’s close to shopping and not far from the London Bridge but away from the traffic of the center of town.
What makes this property unique
The comfortable furnishings, covered patio, pool and spa, Rv parking and full use of the 2 car garage.
