Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

3.. Clean out Refrigerator completely-condiments can stay. 5. Wipe all counters, sink, stove top and appliances. 6. Put out trash/recyclables in the appropriate containers at side of house.

7. Strip sheets/towels. Put next to washer. Start load of towels. 8. Return furniture to original position. 9. Clean grill with brush and recover it. 10. Check drawers, closets to see if anything left

This was our third stay at Janet's house and we hope it won't be our last. The house is spotless. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The balconies are wonderful and the bedrooms are great. The primary bedroom has the biggest, most luxurious bathroom you could ask for. And the location can't be beat. We didn't want to leave.

The house is outstanding and well stocked - kitchen, beach gear, and linens. The location is outstanding - a short walk to the beach and ocean Grove town and also an easy walk to Asbury. The owner communications were great. Highly recommend!!

The house is well situated within easy walking distance of town shops, the Great Auditorium beach, boardwalk and Asbury Park. It is stocked with linens, bath and beach supplies. Host, Janet and the property manager, Michael were responsive to questions and issues. Ocean Grove is very family friendly and this home provided a wonderful week with our extended family. The home is a premier property with premier furnishings and accoutrements. Highly recommended! The listing is very true to the actual property.

This property is great - comfortable and accommodating for our family of ten adults. The views from the balcony are outstanding, it's easy to get to the beach and to the town. The kitchen is generously sized and well-stocked with utensils and such. The elevator is handy for moving baggage to the upper floors, and the finished basement room is a great space for TV-relating gathering (we played some video games - bring your own hdmi cable to connect to the giant TV).

Beautiful week at the shore

The house was amazing and was very clean and comfortable. Lots of good amenities, like beach chairs and towels, very well stocked kitchen. Our favorite thing was all the together spaces, to eat and play games, as well as all the solitary spaces, to curl up and read.

Immaculate, spacious home in a great location. We have never stayed in such a clean vacation rental. It has every convenience you could possibly need. Loved being able to walk along the boardwalk all the way to the Ashbury Park Convention Hall. It's also within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee, ice cream, etc.

Wonderful stay with a big group

Absolutely stunning house in a great location. The house was perfect as the home base for our large group. Lots of places to hang out and play games, comfy beds and bedrooms, and easy access to other local amenities. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous house!! Bedrooms and porches were terrific. All the different living spaces worked out so well if any of us wanted to do something different but we mostly just sat on the porches and enjoyed the weather. The kitchen had absolutely anything you needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Location was perfect. Highly recommend

This was our second year staying in this magnificent house. Family reunion! Steps from the beach, breezy balconies and well stocked kitchen to cook-up a feast!. We love the elevator! Our daughters loved the attic/loaf on the 4th floor, and the master bedroom.Every room is beautifully decorated, this a must house if you are staying in Ocean Grove.

Just Lovely

A group of our closest friends and family stayed at this lovely home. We spent most of our time relaxing on the wonderful porch and cooking in the magnificent kitchen. The manager/owner was very communicative. We had a wonderful time:)

Wonderful beach house

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well-furnished, spacious house. The balconies with an ocean view were an added plus. It was very easy to walk to the beach and Asbury Park. Parking was hard to find on the first day since it was a busy beach weekend and there is only street parking. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Ocean Grove Relaxation

We had an amazing stay at this five story beautiful home in Ocean Grove. It was everything as advertised and was perfectly maintained, cleaned and furnished. A perfect location in a very special town. You can catch ocean breezes on one of the north facing porches and short walk to everything in town. A special home for a special place.
