Really awesome our vacation from March 30 until April 10, 2026. The house was exactly as described and seen in the pictures, and the owners have even invested money in the property by adding an outdoor seating area and pergola. There’s even a volleyball net in the pool that doesn’t show in the pictures. All in all was a great stay. Would come back again. Thanks!!

This property was as pictured. Normal wear and tear on a few things. Such as, sliding down blinds. Small things not to make a fuss about. Overall look, was exactly like the pictures. Pool is a nice size. With multiple sitting areas. The kitchen isn’t huge but is equipped to handle family meals. Communication from the host was great! With the size of the home parking could be better. The community does have extra parking just a little distance from the house. Other than that, I would rent again and highly recommend.

No Hot Water, toilets didn’t flush Glass table cut a guest finger

The house is beautiful; However, There were so many issues from the moment we stepped into the property. We arrived at 4:20 pm (after the open/checkin time and supervisor and housekeeper were still there. There was a horrible Oder coming from the kitchen garbage that took hours to resolve. The entire downstairs smelled horrific. Some of the rooms did not have ample hot water. We were told to let it run for 20 minutes to gain hot water…..unacceptable Some of the toilets didn’t flush properly and we were given instructions to hold the knob for 10 secs to flush. Didn’t work for some of the rooms and needed maintenance…unacceptable Glass table had broken corners and one of the a guests cut her finger. I called to report and to have glass removed. The glass was removed but there was no medical support provided. When asked, I was told to leave a review after our stay. Unacceptable.

Long stressful week for me as the one who booked

1. Had to do basic cleaning upon arrival-crumbs on countertops etc. House could use a deep clean including carpets. 2. 13 TVs in house but not working due to line issues. Should have been informed of issue upon checkin. 3. Grill was delivered 2 days late. 4. Stove shut off with multiple eyes being used at the same time. 5. Only provided a few sauce pans and a fry pan. Not sufficient for house this size. They did supply more several days into trip but unacceptable since we didn’t have grill. 6. Overall need better communication of issues. David and Melinda were exceptional as they tried to assist us as much as possible but with all the mishaps, it wasn’t worth the money. Things could have been better if there was open and honest communication. Probably should have offered a partial refund or something for the troubles.
