Nestled around the Port Washington State Forest means you have incredible privacy, and you are still only a short ride away from the beautiful 30A Emerald Coast. You're also minutes away from great neighboring communities of Seaside and Seagrove. The best part? This community connects to the Lilly Lane Beach bike and walking trail – your direct access to the beach!

- Leave your beach gear at home, we've got you covered– we provide towels, chairs, and sand toys.
- Super family friendly: Pack n play, baby gate, stroller, and highchair all included

- Fully equipped kitchen, and we take care of coffee too! Standard drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee as well.

🏖️Minutes to the Shore:
- The Lilly Lane beach trail leads you right to the San Juan Beach access point – it's a 10-15 min walk down the trail to San Juan Ave.
- Santa Clara Regional Access point. Offers parking, lifeguards, and restrooms. You can also rent chairs, umbrellas, bonfires, etc.. here.
- Grayton Dunes – if you'd rather drive the golf cart or take your car, this one is a 15 min ride. Beautiful dunes and entry point, plus its super scenic! There is parking and lifeguards available here as well. We'd love to host you, and we invite you into our lil escape on 30A!
Other things to note:
- Parking: 2 spots in the garage and street parking available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

Lovely stay

We absolutely loved this house for our first family vacation to the beach with two little kids. The house was extremely family friendly and we loved how close seaside was by golf cart. The neighborhood pool was a must for small kids and we enjoyed using the Traeger to grill!

Wonderful, clean and convenient. The perfect spot off the 30a hustle bustle

The home is great for a family with the stores being close by! The porch is amazing In the afternoon and for afternoon ligation's. The pool is great they offer a golf cart but we had infants that made us unable to use! However can see how this would be very convenient. Overall a great home tucked away with parks and basketball/pickle ball courts nearby!

Perfection!

My family and I truly cannot say enough about this home and the location! We booked this trip last minute and it exceeded all expectations. The home was absolutely spotless upon our arrival and has the perfect beachy vibes we were wanting for vaca. It had everything we could ever need, including stuff for our 2 toddlers (kids plates/bowls/cups, games, gates for stairs, and pack n play for sleep). The home is in a peaceful and quiet community, so close to everything. We loved taking the golf cart to the playground, pool, and into town for exploring. We truly cannot wait to book again and come back to this lovely home! Thanks for everything!

The most beautiful home!

This house is absolutely beautiful and truly checks all the boxes! It has EVERYTHING you need! As a mom of 3 littles, I appreciated the kids plates, cups, etc! They even had little fishing nets for the kids to take to the beach. Also, they have every pot/pan/utensil you'd ever need! The bunk room is so nice for the kids and I liked that one bunk was a smaller one so it didn't feel unsafe! Also, the heated pool is clutch during the colder days. The little playground and pools are a short walk or easy golf cart ride! I could go on and on, but you won't regret staying here! It's beautiful and a great location!

Beautiful property!

This home is beautiful and looks just like the online images! The neighborhood feels very private and serene. The neighborhood pool was a nice alternative to the beaches on cooler days or when our family split up (taking our baby to nap and big kid to the pool). The lap pool is the only heated pool but they let you play in it- you just have to yield to lap swimmers, but there never was anyone swimming laps while we were there. The nearby beaches are stunning and have you feeling like you are in Turks and Caicos! The most beautiful beaches in the US in my opinion. The customer service is best in class! I had a fall and hurt my foot (to no fault of theirs!) and they hand delivered flowers and chocolate- was the absolute sweetest sentiment! They were easy to reach by text, call, and email before and during our stay. 5 star experience for sure!
