About this property

Light, open, King suite and many beds to comfortably accommodate guests. Screened-in front porch with gas fire pit and TV for entertainment all night, side porch with hot tub, and open rear patio to soak in the sun and catch some fresh air. Close to UNCW, Wrightsville Beach, Mayfaire (shopping, dining, entertainment), trampoline parks, golf courses, frisbee golf, and much more! Recently renovated! Super clean and modern. Guests have full access to the property. We live nearby and can be available if/when needed. We'll be available to help in any way we can! If you have any issues please let us know during your stay. Minutes to beach, coffee shops, trails, trampoline parks, and UNCW. Easy access to all of Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. Close to PC3 (Port City Community Church) and Wrightsville Green Par 3 golf course. Great neighborhood for running, walking, and close to Mayfaire outdoor mixed us shopping/dining/movies/entertainment. We do allow small dogs with pre-approval but we charge $200 extra for a pet fee. Cats are strictly prohibited.

Everything was nice and tidy and the neighborhood was very quiet. Nice after the hustle and bustle of a wedding downtown.

Spring break trip

The property was clean and just as the pictures showed. The kids loved the hot tub and even when it was rainy they had games and toys for the kids. Close to the beach. Overall we had a great time and would come back!

Wonderful Week

This home was perfect for our needs. We slept very well each night and it was easy to navigate Wilmington and surrounding areas from its location. Communication with Host was amazingly quick and thorough. We will be back!

Great house, but hot tub did not get hot.

Overall a great in this location! Beds were a little hard, but that is to be expected in a vrbo. The window in the bathroom was unlocked and we were unable to lock it. The biggest disappointment though was that the hot tub would not get above 75 degrees.
