This was one of the most comfortable and convenient places we've ever stayed. The home had so many convenient details and nice added touches. Location was perfectly suited for trips to Newport Beach and a wedding we attended in Orange County. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home was cozy and great for spending time in between activities. Kitchen had everything we needed and the location to downtown Tustin allowed for nice excursions to try out a few local restaurants. We will stay here again next time in California!

Very well-kept older home. Host met us at check in time and showed us around. You could tell he was very proud of his rental! We did not use the hot tub so can’t speak for that but everything else was perfect. Great location for seeing the sights.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay in a classic Tustin bungalow. This accommodation is situated nearby the historic downtown and easily walkable to many amenities. The home itself is well equipped. Clean and cozy with a responsive host.

This was a great place to stay for my family on our trip to Orange County. The home was stocked with just about everything we could possibly need. It was very conveniently located, though there is a pretty good deal of street noise and it is also in a flight path, so if you are a sensitive sleeper I recommend bringing a sound machine.The host was very courteous and had great communication. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Tustin stay in June

This was a nice place to stay, and Jim was a great host! We loved staying there, and will certainly come back again.The only comment was the hot water in the front bedroom shower never got very hot.

Beautiful home

The house was perfect for our stay. Conveniently located to everything we had planned. David the tenant in back went above and beyond to make sure i could spend time with my family at the house thank you David!!! Best experience we've had with VRBO

The house is exactly as described, quaint, clean and recently remodeled. We felt right at home. James provided timely information and made sure our stay was stress-free. The location is also perfect, close to Old Town Tustin, with several nice coffee shops and boutiques.

Perfect Tustin Getaway

A perfectly comfortable and well set-up house in a quiet part of Tustin. Perfect for two couples or a family and close to all of the amenities of Tustin. Great communication with the property owner who was always available to assist as needed.

Didn't use hot tub. House was nice and clean. Met the housekeepers as I checked in. Very nice people. Host answered all of my questions although I didn't have many. Having a washer & dryer is a nice plus; don't need to pack as many clothes! This was my 3rd visit there so I must like it! Already signed up for my next visit.

Wonderful Stay

The house is absolutely adorable! Everything was clean and the off street parking was great. The bathrooms were spacious and clean and there were plenty of towels. It was nice to have the washer/dryer as well as the dish washer. I do think it would be nice to have a few chairs out on the front porch for coffee in the morning, but otherwise I have no complaints…everything was great!!
