Welcome to your luxurious escape in Sonoma Valley! This custom designed 4,200 square foot home boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on nearly 7 acres of prime land. This spectacular property offers unmatched amenities for families of all generations to enjoy.

With high ceilings and large picture windows showcasing stunning Sonoma Valley views and beautiful evening sunsets, the bright and open floor plan is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The fully stocked chef's kitchen with ample stone countertop space and top-notch appliances, including a wine fridge and double refrigerator, makes cooking a breeze. The dining room table has room for 10 people plus an additional table for 6 – or head to the outdoor kitchen for poolside sunset cookouts.

The expansive back deck provides plenty of opportunities for sun-soaked relaxation as well as evening stargazing! Your days can be spent soaking up the sun around the resort-styled swimming pool and waterslide, and evenings you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Both the tennis court and basketball court offers additional entertainment options for those who love to stay active.

Evenings can also be spent in the home theater, perfect for family movie nights. Comfy theater seats and room for a queen size AeroBed. Or, you can also gather around either the fire pit or the outdoor fireplace to watch the stars come out.

This amazing property is also just a short drive to Historic Downtown Petaluma, which is home to top-rated restaurants and shopping. San Francisco is also close enough for weekends on the town.

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Booster seat available for younger guests
- No pets allowed at the vacation rental
- No smoking/vaping allowed on property
- Streaming services available with Guests' own account
- Wood is provided for the outdoor fireplace.
- Parking notes: Up to five vehicles can park in the driveway
- Pool heating: Solar heating is provided (75 - 80 degrees). If you would like the pool heated to 85 degrees - One day's notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $400 USD per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Lori directly after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. (Heating available April - October.)
- Pool House is available for rental between April – October. ($500 per night + $200 cleaning fee)

***Please note that this property is for family and friends to enjoy and is not a party house. Amplified music is not allowed outdoors in Sonoma County, and quiet time is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests who abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be charged large fines.

Perfect Family 'Resort'

My family and I just celebrated my mom's milestone birthday at this property and the experience overall couldn't have been more perfect. First of all, if you think the photos are beautiful you'll be pleasantly surprised to know that the home is even more beautiful in person. The gardens are carefully manicured and structure/furnishings of the house top quality overall. There aren't a lot of things that family members varying in ages can enjoy together but between the pool (w/ waterslide!), elegant dining areas (both indoor/outdoor), and recreational activities such as movie viewing room, tennis court (where we played pickleball) and basketball court, there's something for everyone. Our weekend experience was incomparable...had we stayed at a hotel resort we would've been isolated in our own rooms and had meals in public areas whereas this way we bought our own groceries and had every meal together in our private 'home.' Oh and the views of the sunset are divine. I guess I don't really have the words to share how awesome this home is, and Lori was very helpful in coordinating our stay. I hope you're able to enjoy as we did!

Fun Family House

This was our second time in the home with our family (ages 5-75). There is something to do for everyone! Swimming, basketball, tennis, comfy sofa with an enormous TV and movie room! The home was clean, the beds were comfortable ( the master bedroom is a dream!). The home was very spacious for our group of 12. Downtown Sonoma is about a 15 minute drive. We felt very safe and it was very quiet. The slide was the main attraction for the kids ( and adults!). Solar was just added to the home too! If I had to find one thing to improve, it would be the outdoor furniture by the pool area- there are 3 older lounges with cushions that don't fit, and for a house of 12 we needed to bring our own camping chairs, but it was still worth it! We had a memorable time! Lori, the owner and manager, was incredibly communicative and very friendly and helpful through the whole process!

There Isn’t A Property Like It!

I stayed at this beautiful home last weekend for my bachelorette party. Not only is the owner of the home the most gracious and kind person, but you can feel the love and safety inside of this home. The waterslide made us all feel like we were 10 again, we enjoyed yoga on the tennis court in the mornings, and the sunsets dancing over the mountains are not to be believed. I hope everyone gets a chance to stay in this home and enjoy a once in a lifetime kind of stay. Thank you Lori, thank you Vacasa for taking care of EVERYTHING from start to finish during our stay, and please, PLEASE plan a trip to this home if you are considering it. You will not come close to regretting it- memories will be made that you get to cherish for life!!!! Thanks again for everything!
