Traditional farmhouse with grape vineyard reminiscent of a classic Vermont estate from the 1800's. Completed in 1994, the main house includes 4 Bedrooms, Den, 3.5 bathrooms, Dining Room, Great Room, Parlor, and 2 car garage. The backyard includes a 20' X 40' pool, adjacent lawn area, jetted spa, and separate 600 sf pool house. The fully landscaped property totals 3.5 acres and is only 3 miles from the historic Sonoma Plaza. Bike your way through the Sonoma Valley vineyards or relax poolside in the lush, landscaped, private backyard. Electrical systems are powered by an eco-friendly PV solar system. House is fully air conditioned with two separate AC systems. Newly renovated chef's kitchen, with Sub Zero, Wolf, and Viking appliances, accommodates both kitchen island eating area and window seat / bay window dining. Separate dining room table can seat 10 guests. Patio dining tables seat 14 guests. Hot tub is heated year-round. Pool is heated seasonally with a hot-water solar system. The spacious bedrooms include large windows with spectacular views of this rural countryside. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this tranquil setting.

This property is a dream. Clean, well designed and the perfect family get away. Plenty of space options for kids and adults alike. Just minutes drive to downtown Sonoma, but the property is so magnificent, you'll not want to leave.

Great hosting house for adults. Not kid friendly as there no screens on the upstairs windows. The pillows are flat & only 2 to a bed in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. If you want to enjoy the hot tub I recommend heating it as soon as you check in. The pool is nice and large and the home is private and feels secluded.

We had an awesome visit in Sonoma at this idyllic house. Wish we could have stayed longer! Host was great too. Had an issue with the coffee machine and he dropped a new one off that afternoon. All around great experience.

Peaceful Sonoma Home - A Wine Country Beauty

The home is located down a quiet road, so offered great privacy and truly felt like a secluded get-away, yet convenient to all Sonoma and Napa have to offer. Wine Country Paradise

Our stay met every expectation and beyond. This beautiful home had everything we needed and was a great location to everything. The backyard oasis with the pool and hot tub was the perfect place to start the day and the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Patrick was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Home away from home

We have stayed at this property multiple times and it's our home away from home! Huge yard for the kids to run around and right behind the property is a gorgeous creek that in the winter and spring is so much fun to play in. The house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax and the views are serene. A beautiful wine country escape!

Best rental ever for our yearly friend reunion

Fantastic house with tons of space to spread out. Lovely bedrooms, multiple living spaces, gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen. The somewhat rural location meant we could take a morning walk on a deserted road while also being just minutes into town. Owner was super responsive when we had a question about the hot tub. And the ping pong table in the pool house was an unexpected treat.

Great place for a large group

This place is beautiful! Definitely better than the photos. Location is perfect - close to everything but quiet. We really loved how many wine glasses and dishes were provided. Living room was comfortable and beds were cozy. Host was not very communicative (didn't answer my messages) but check in/check out was super easy.
