Laguna Beach is an amazing place. During the summer it can be extremely busy in town, but this location is perfect because you can basically walk to town, maybe a mile and a half? It is worth it so you don't have to find parking. It is a quiet street. The neighbors are very friendly and the property has everything you need. Wonderful ocean breeze and fans in the back bedrooms--there is not a dedicated parking place, but everyone parks politely to accommodate all the cars and we always found a spot. Honestly, a gem of a place and appreciate the thoughtful details, like extra chargers.Completely recommend!

Single level, newly remodeled mid-century style boutique condo, lightly lived in. This is my Orange County home so it’s not the typical rental it’s well loved and cared for. I travel between Laguna Beach and our ranch in Geyserville.

Why they chose this property

The north end of Laguna Beach. Easy access to main beach Laguna, walk to town and beach without crossing coast highway. Short drive to Newport Beach, Fashion Island and the John Wayne airport.
