Steps from the beach- Skip the elevators and enjoy this 4th floor condo at LTW 402

Welcome to White Sandy Beaches, Sunsets & Seashells! Walk on the beach, relax, watch the sunset and enjoy the Florida feel that brings many to this area! This spacious condo, about 1047 sq ft- has a master bedroom, bunk room, sleeper sofa, and TV's located in master bedroom and living room. This is a non smoking-non vaping unit that will accommodate the total capacity of 6 guests.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, closet, and attached bathroom. The alcove bunk room with a barn door is off the main hallway, with a small dresser and is adjacent to the large second bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals with ample counter space and many essential items including cookware, bakeware, appliances, dishes, and utensils. If you aren't one to cook while visiting, several restaurants are on site and within walking distance. A washer and dryer are included as a courtesy for our guests.

Skip the elevators if you like, this lower level condo is located on the 4th floor. Park on the 3rd floor of the south parking garage and walk up a small group of stairs to the 4th floor. Or you can use the elevator in the south parking garage and take it to the 3rd floor and walk to the 4th floor. Most of the other elevators will take you to the 4th floor if you don't use stairs. For beach access, just a short walk to the beach to enjoy the sun, white sand and surf through the private Laketown Wharf entry gate.

During peak season (Mar.-Aug.) there may be longer waiting times at the elevators and restaurants at Laketown Wharf Resort. At times, Resort pools may be closed temporarily, this is out of our control and no refunds will be given if this occurs while you are staying at the Resort.
