This amazing condo on the 12th floor of Laketown Wharf resort in the center of Panama City beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico has it all, lots of space to relax and enjoy your family. There is plenty to do right at the resort restaurants, stores, a beautiful white sand beach accross the street, there are 5 pools, hut tubs, a fitness center, a picnic area and lots more. You will also be closed to popular atractions like Pier Park and Ripley's Believe It or Not.

This is a nice condo... clean, spacious, and in a great location.I enjoyed it here in spite of the fitness center being closed for repairs and the heated swimming pool only heated for the first two weeks of my four-week stay.Some of the appliances and cabinetry are a little old, but the room is comfortable and has everything you need.If the smell of doobies bothers you, might want to find another building or avoid PCB altogether -- you can smell it from all the way over in the Walmart parking lot.Pro tip: There aren't enough elevators, so when checking in/out, try to avoid the peak checkin/checkout times.It's a big place, so bring your walking shoes. I think they have carts in the main office but I didn't use one.

Great stay

Overall we had a great stay. The apartment is equipped with everything that is needed and has a great view. Olga was very responsive. The building is a little old. You definitely need a wagon to bring anything from parking to apartment. As other reviews stated the elevators are a problem. Sometimes you have to wait 15-20 min for one.

Woderfull winter Stay

We Stay 6 weeks in this very nice Condo is very well located with restaurant on gound floor accross from pineapple willy's and walmart and the beach at 200 step away.The kitchen as everything you require for your cooking i didn't need to unpack my own box of ustensil and cookware.The owner are great and very responsive to any request you may have. The checking instruction where clear and without any issue.I will stay again and again. Just will have been nice if March will have been a little warmer.Thanks Olga & Sergio
