Great location and plenty of space.

Last minute booking because of a change of plans. 3 families with a total of 9 kids. Plenty of space if the little ones are good sleeping in the same room. Downstairs main has 4 futons. Other than that there are 4 bedrooms that can sleep 11 more. Location is perfect. Less than a block away from Belmont park and tons of boardwalk action. Would stay again.
