The chef of your group will love practicing their skills here before serving culinary creations at the adjacent breakfast bar, dining table, or alfresco bayside. The sun-drenched living room boasts soft seating, handmade artwork, and a large TV. You will also have effortless access to the backyard patio and dock from here.

The primary bedroom is an oasis, featuring ample sprawling space, access to a private balcony, an exercise bike, and an impressive en suite bathroom. Unwind and rinse off in the large walk-in shower after a day in the sun. The kids (or young at heart) will love the bunk rooms. Bright, spacious, and equipped with a foosball table, rest assured that everyone will be content and comfortable! Additional interior perks include an in-home washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).

Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as vehicles and must be parked in the driveway. The vehicle displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
