Chef’s Gourmet Kitchen: Solid granite countertops and a fully equipped culinary setup—stocked with high-end cookware, roasting pans, and dinnerware ready to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to a full Thanksgiving feast.

Two-Level Property Note: Suite B is the self-contained lower level of the Zen Haus duplex, featuring its own private, step-free entrance. While insulated and quiet hours are strictly enforced building-wide, guests may occasionally hear standard ambient living sounds or footsteps from the separate upper unit.

House Rules
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily (strictly observed indoors and outdoors).
Shoe-Free Sanctuary: Outdoor footwear is strictly prohibited indoors. Fresh disposable slippers are provided for your comfort.
Smoke-Free Home: 100% smoke-free property indoors (including vaping and e-cigarettes). Lingering indoor odor or indoor smoking incurs a $500 mitigation fee.
No Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or visitors exceeding reservation limits are strictly prohibited.
Furniture Care: Please keep feet off furniture and refrain from jumping on seating or beds.
Verification & Rental Agreement: Primary guests complete a quick ID verification and digital rental agreement via our secure, app-free Happy Guest web portal prior to arrival.
Dog Policy
We warmly welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with prior host approval.
Pet Fee: $150 flat fee per dog (covers stays up to 7 nights for specialized deep turnover and allergen treatment).
Extended Stays: Stays of 8+ nights include an additional $35/day per dog starting on day 8.
Pet Amenities Provided: Large dog crates, cozy pet blankets, food/water bowls, dog towels, and waste bags.
Pet Rules: Dogs must be safely crated whenever left unattended on the property. Guests must pick up outdoor waste immediately and assume responsibility for any pet-related property damage.

Place all used towels inside the shower.
Place used dishes in the dishwasher or sink.
Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated exterior bins.
No need to strip or make beds—our turnover team handles the rest.
