A short drive to Spring Training facilities and Golf courses. 20 miles from Sky Harbor Airport. Basically, in the heart of everything. You’ll enjoy the ease of getting from city to city.
Perfect for couples, solo adventures and business travelers alike. We welcome many travel nurses as we’re close to many local hospitals.

Newly built home in a gated community with private spacious guest house connected to the main house. This guesthouse is self-contained.

You’ll love the central location as it is close to two major freeways, the 101 and 10 fwy.
Guest has complete access to the entire guest house and side yard. You will us keyless entry, to come and go as you please.
Only one small dog no more than 20 lbs. allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please disclose at time of reservation request. There will be an extra pet cleaning fee of $100. Coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks.
Fast speed Wifi - Netflix, Discovery Plus, Prime video, Hulu, local antenna.

MUST be 21 yrs. Of age or older.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside, you may do some on side yard or backyard.

Valid Gov’t issued ID will be required prior to booking and at time of check-in.

No RV or larger than normal trucks allowed. There are small dogs on premises which only alert and bark when stranger at door.

Lorena was awesome! I would recommend this property to anyone.

Lorena (owner) is awesome! She made sure we had everything we needed and even had some nice extras when we arrived. There is a really cool theatre room if you want to stay in and it’s close to everything you want to do if going out. This was hands down, our best rental experience!

Great Spot!

We stayed for the Final Four. Host was terrific, going above and beyond expectations! Great communication prior to arrival and during the stay. Even provided some food and snacks for us! It was a bit of a walk to the stadium, but it was a safe walk and pretty easy to get around. I'd stay again for sure!

Beyond charming - Host and Location the best

Caught out eye when searching as it looked so cute with its decor. It is exactly as presented. Excellent space with ample sitting area, large kitchen with large island with seating. Bathroom as nice as mine at home. Bedroom spacious with ample place for clothes and washer and dryer. What makes this place beyond 5 stars is the host. Her desire and efforts to make your stay as comfortable and wonderful as possible are beyond anything I have ever experienced. Quite literally she provides everything you need when travelling. Communication with host is also above 5 stars. You will not be sorry you stayed here!!!
