Whata Beach Front Condo, Minute walk over boardwalk to the beach!

This condo is a dune away from the water and HAS BEEN TOTALLY REMODELED. You can still enjoy Mai Tai's at sunrise while listening to the waves roll in! There is a private boardwalk which takes you over the dune and right to the beach. Newly updated remodel after Harvey. 2ND LARGEST FLOOR PLAN IN THE COMPLEX so plenty of room. If you need to watch TV while at the beach, 3 HD TV's, DVD players, high speed internet. Tile throughout! Ceiling fans! One of the most unique condos at Coral Cay. This condo you will remember!

I cannot describe it any better other than we have decorated this condo to try to give you the feel of “Fun Fun Fun” at the Beach!

Located in Port Aransas on Mustang Island off Highway 361. PORT A is famous for deep sea fishing. There are fishing tournaments galore. Visitors can buy shrimp right off the boats or catch their own fish and have them cleaned and cooked at local Seafood Restaurants. Everything is conveniently located within a minute or two from the condo.

We love the beaches, restaurants, lots of shopping with the small wharf fishing town atmosphere. All within close proximity to the condo.
Nature tourism is at its best on Mustang Island, which has one of the highest bird counts on the Gulf Coast. You can download birding brochures for the Port Aransas area by going to Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce web site and go to things to do!
Just 30 minutes to Corpus Christi takes you to Waves Water Park, Corpus Christi Hooks (minor league baseball), The Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington (The most famous U.S. aircraft carrier).

This condo is so clean and has all the comforts of home. The beach decor makes it feel so relaxing. The host and the office staff are so nice, quick to respond and very accommodating. Just a minute walk to the beach. This is are second time staying at this condo and we will stay again. Highly recommend.

The condominium was conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, and the living conditions were excellent with top-quality air conditioning. Although, there were many lamps in the house with bulbs that needed replacing. However, we highly recommend this place.

Loved our stay there. Everyone in the office was friendly & helpful. The condo was very quiet & other guests were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Everything operated as was expected with exception to a lock on one of the doors. That was addressed and we understood a part would be ordered & installed but we would be gone by then. Just a minor inconvenience because we had access through another door & it didn’t affect our plans in any way. Nice people! Love Port A!

Nice unit behind dunes in Coral Cay, our favorite location to stay in Port A. Easy access to boardwalk as well as one of the heated pools. Back porch was a great place to relax when not at beach. Also located in golf cart zone.A couple of frustrations - coffee pot lid was broken and every time I poured coffee the lid fell off. We had an instruction sheet that needs updating, for example how to care for a humidifier which was not in the unit. The patio door does not open easily at all. We could not open it from the outside and had to ‘put a hip into it’ to open from inside. Not to focus on those things though, we enjoyed our stay. Felt safe and secure which is priceless.

We’ve been staying at Coral Cay for years in many condos. We really enjoyed this condo because the bathrooms are located in the bedrooms which is very nice. Great access to the beach.

We love Port A and have been coming here for years! Living in central Texas we are "Landlocked". Always saying we would own a place down here and 20 years ago we did just that and Coral Cay checked all the boxes for a great beach condo!

Why they chose this property

We Have been coming here for years. The atmosphere of this town is unlike any other gulf coastal town we have been to.

What makes this property unique

Sea breeze, motion of the ocean! Nothing is better than a day at the beach! Which is a short 50 yard walk on the boardwalk. When you open the back door the only thing blocking you from the beach is the dune! It's like another room!
