Just four miles out and you'll find beach access to the pristine sands of Panama City Beach and catch a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico's sparkling waters. Take a short walk to the Russel-Fields Pier and stroll along the boardwalk to the sounds of waves crashing below.

Return back after a fun-filled day exploring the coast and walk in through the front door to find welcome signs adorning the walls of this incredibly spacious living area. Take a load off on the comfortable yellow couches and make yourself at home. You'll find stainless steel appliances within the vacation rental's full kitchen, awaiting your most talented chef. After a hearty meal around the dining room table, cozy up on one of the chairs and admire the beach-inspired decor all along the walls, from the turquoise colors to the many knickknacks lining the shelves. Step out onto the patio and take a nice fresh breath of air. Feel free to fire up the gas grill and throw some tasty patties on! There's nothing quite like this home away from home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
