About this property

Enjoy our modern 1650 sq ft, two-story townhome with a private entrance. We're located within 2 blocks of the FM Bank Arena and are within minutes of the city's most popular bars and restaurants. We have 2 designated parking spots in the main parking lot located behind the building.

Our private, dual-master bedroom, 2.5-bathroom space comes equipped with a full kitchen with high-end upgrades (granite countertops, stainless finishes, & hardwood floors) to make home-cooked meals for friends and loved ones. Stream your favorite shows or movies. Stay clean and organized our in-unit washer/dryer as well!

Guest Access:
Please enter through the back door and use the parking area located in the back of the property (the 2 parking spaces at the bottom of the hill). Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive a custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies

Heavenly and Splendid!

My stay at this location was superb. It was as the pictures on the site. All the accommodations were true. The neighborhood was very quiet the whole time of my stay, very clean and neat throughout the home. I am hoping to get this same location when I visit again and plan on telling others about the experience. The best VRBO Stay to date. Thank you 🙏

Nice new townhouse

Property is clean and new. It needs blinds on the windows and doors and dimmers on the lights or smaller lamps to use. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for a few days.
