Modern Coastal Home on quiet dead-end street. 15 minute drive to beaches. Five public golf courses in the community. Restaurants close by.

Open floor plan. One wing has 3 Bedrooms (1 King bed & 2 Queen beds) with one full bathroom that has pool access. The Master Bedroom and full bathroom are in a separate area of the house with double doors to pool.

Two seperate entertaining areas with TV's. One leads out to the screened in lanai with pool, and outdoor grill for cooking.

Beach Getaway

My family of 3 rented this house for our yearly beach vacation. We always stay in Rotunda and love the area. The house was beautifully decorated and modern. We enjoyed the pool and lanai immensely! We did have a problem when we arrived because the house was not properly cleaned… especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The owner was very apologetic, but we actually had to scrub and clean the bathrooms and kitchen ourselves before we could use them. We received no partial refund or compensation for this. We definitely didn’t plan to clean upon arrival during our vacation! A couple more items… we couldn’t figure out how to lock the screen doors on the lanai, there is no dining table for a family of 3, no towel bars in the bathrooms, and we couldn’t find a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage before departure.

Awesome Stay

Michael was a great host! I originally didn’t book my stay for long enough and he made it easy to add an extra day. He was very communicative. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and there’s no house behind us so the view was perfect with some occasional wildlife. The pool was awesome for the kids, and I loved the live plants everywhere.
