About this property

Charming 1450 square foot house in the heart of the Melrose district. Located between Central and 7th Ave on a quiet street north of Indian School Rd. You are walking distance to the light rail, amazing restaurants, coffee shops, Indian Steele Park and more.

The house is adult, kid, and pet friendly. There are items to entertain all. Inside the are a few toys for infants and toddlers, puzzles, a puzzle board, and games for all ages. In the backyard you will find a sand box, bocce ball court, basketball hoop, putting green, and corn hole. Off of the TV room there is a medium size dog door with access to a fully fenced backyard.

Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and the Living room/TV room has barn doors with a fold out sofa sectional bed. There is also a pack and play for those traveling with infants.

Great house for what we wanted

We stayed at the house for six weeks. It was very well stocked. Jordan was very accommodative. We enjoyed the neighborhood. The house was very clean, the backyard was fun, and there wasn't anything we didn't like about the house. We highly recommend it.

Second time we’ve stayed at this property. Very convenient to major medical in downtown Phoenix. Very close to three good grocery stores. We come down for medical reasons and will continue to book this location. It worked so well for us. Thank you

Location

I have to travel to Phoenix for medical reasons. This property is located very close to all of the major medical providers in the downtown Phoenix area. Three good grocery stores are nearby, making it very easy to stock the kitchen. Owners are great communicators
