Walk inside and you'll find the living room, where seating is ample and a large TV provides the perfect combination for movie marathons. The full kitchen's cherry wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and sprawling counter space offer a great area to cook in. Once meals are prepared, indulge in them at the formal dining table or alfresco by the pool.

The primary bedroom will become a perfect hideaway for you. Lounge on the plush bed and unwind in the en suite bathroom's impressive soaking tub. Rest assured that no matter which of the five rooms your loved ones are sleeping in - they will be comfortable and content with the home's central air-conditioning keeping them cool. Additional interior perks include a vintage arcade game, a Ping-Pong table, and a washer/dryer.

Outside, the Florida sunshine is ready to greet you! Spend many afternoons in the enclosed patio, where the pool, a pool spa, plenty of seating, and a grill, are ready to host.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
