Gas Works Park, located nearby the townhome, is a great spot for families with kids to enjoy a picnic and watch the sunset over Lake Union. The park offers a beautiful view and plenty of space to relax and play. Theo Chocolate, a local chocolate shop, is also within easy reach and offers chocolate tours and tastings.
