Welcome to our non-smoking downstairs condo on Deer Valley Drive. We can host 5 guests comfortably. We have a very comfy Twin XL air mattress for a 6th person.
Deer Valley consistently gets high praise from SKI Magazine... groom to zoom, we're waiting to share it with you.
This condo is our second home, and it is outfitted to make it feel like yours, too.

PRIVATE SHUTTLE, NEW THIS SEASON: Our condo is now serviced by Deer Valley's on-demand private shuttle service!

Kitchen: Fully outfitted for those who love to cook.

Keurig coffeemaker.

Main Bedroom + En suite Bathroom: TempurPedic Hybrid King bed, Twin day bed, smart TV, double-sink vanity, tub-shower combination.

2nd Bdrm: 2 XL twin beds, flat-screen TV

2nd Bathroom: Euro shower with bench

Hot tub: Private. Soak long and savor the view.

Laundry: Full-size LG washer/dryer

Boot/Glove Dryer: Yes

Garage: Private, 1-car.
Accommodates vehicles up to the size of a KIA Telluride SUV. (If you're parking a vehicle of this size in the garage, passengers will be more comfortable exiting the vehicle before you pull in.)

View: Amazing! Our view is a constant nudge to be moved by nature's beauty. We're front row on Deer Valley Dr. with a view across the ponds to Royal St. and Deer Valley Resort's lower runs from the dining table and hot tub.

Shuttle Info: The private Deer Valley shuttle vans are complimentary. They stop across the street in front of our property.
Options: the complimentary Park City and High Valley buses that also stop across the street in front of our property. Getting around Deer Valley and Park City could not be any easier.

Park City Info: 1 mile down Deer Valley Drive is Park City's historic Main Street where you'll find a delightful array of world-class dining, boutiques, clubs, and art galleries. The Egyptian Theater is a Sundance landmark and showcases live music and theater.

Deer valley ski retreat

We had a great stay. The home was conveniently located right on the bus route. It was well stocked and had a great floor plan. The owner was very easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

It was our first time skiing Deer Valley as a family. The host went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had a great time. We cooked a lot in the well-stocked kitchen. The location is so convenient for access to Snow Park Lodge. Everything was clean and cozy after a long day on the slopes!

This is our favorite place to stay in Park City. D&P are always great hosts and you can't beat the location. Close to the Deer Valley base (by bus or walk) and easy to get to Main Street or Park City Mountain as well. We have stayed here for 3 years straight and looking forward to the next time.

Perfect place

We loved the place! It was perfect size and setup for us (2 adults, 3 kids), the location was great, the bus/walk was easy, large living room space and perfectly sized bedrooms. We are personable owners with a fabulous product and we can talk up our condo all day....it's what our guests say about us and our property, though, that are most convincing. We've been owners in Deer Valley for 20 years and hope you'll soon become part of our family of guests.

Why they chose this property

We are simply crazy about Deer Valley / Park City. This is a year-round vacation ah-hh spot for our family that delivers the beauty, serenity, and variety of activities we want in a second home. It's so easy to get here from Salt Lake City - you just can't beat 3 lanes of freeway all the way up the mountain. You can breathe up here! Our lower base altitude lets you play hard during the day with no altitude headache in the evening.

What makes this property unique

Ski slopes to the left, amazing mountain town to the right, lakes and peaks all around, and extraordinary day drives. There's just never enough time to do all that Deer Valley and Park City offer.
Having a shuttle stop right across the street makes getting to Deer Valley's base and all things Park City so-o easy.
