If you are looking for a quick trip or one that will last many days, the comfort here will be tough to beat! Relax & rejuvenate in this spacious home with 3 king bed suites, flat screens in every bedroom + living room! Retreat to various decks, shaded/sunny areas & flat backyard to play outdoors! 600 ft to the beach as the pelican flys with views of Atlantic ocean from the first and second level! Located between the main road & beach road makes navigating by foot or bike safe & enjoyable!
The space

Home is like new, 2412 sq feet, and immaculately cared for, never rented prior to April 2021! Lots of shaded area under the home to park or sit and enjoy the salty air!
Outdoor table and chairs located under the home, in the backyard and on the upper deck of home! Outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off when returning from the beach! Enter at ground level to a full size fridge and freezer! Go up one level to the largest master bedroom suite facing the ocean with it's own private balcony, large tub and separate shower/toilet room all attached to this master suite! The second king bedroom is also located on this level and faces the backyard with an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer is also located on this level! Go up one more level to the third master suite similar to the second king bedroom. All bedrooms have TVs! Also, on this top level is the living, dining, and full size spacious kitchen with more views of the ocean in the distance and another balcony with table/chairs and gliders!

You have full access to all areas with the exception of locked owners closets.

Note - all TVs are smart TVs with apps that you may log into with your own credentials, BONUS - Spectrum cable TV included on all TV's as well!

Cornhole available for you to play in the yard!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Detailed house rules will be sent to you via message once your reservation is confirmed. If you have questions prior to booking please ask your host!

I studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise & Health Promotion at Virginia Tech & put that knowledge to work on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor at the only classical Pilates Studio in the OBX, The Presidio of Pilates! In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting!
