It was so clean, loved the Southwest decor. Enjoyed sitting outside on the comfy furniture for coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. The location was great in that it was in walking distance of downtown. We would stay there again

The property was very impressive and clean. Only issue was ants. We learned not to leave dirty dishes lying around but still found some in the bathrooms. If it weren't for this I would rate this a beautiful well kept property.

Beautiful property. It is small be well appointed. The outside photos don’t look that inviting but actually it feels very secluded and such a nice spot to relax and enjoy reading a book, having morning coffee, etc.. easy walking distance to the plaza. It’s expensive but very lovely!!

Black Mesa Stay

Seems that AdobeStar Properties was bought out by Santuario? This was our 3rd or 4th stay is one of these properties and not our favorite. Poor communication with management office, as in a lack of, which may be due to new ownership. Also, for the price I would have expected another bar or two of soap, more kitchen amenities and a clean patio. Swept it and cleaned tabletops myself. Also the string lights on patio didn’t work. Will think twice about booking with your company for future stays. Sadly disappointed.
