With integrated spaces, a gourmet area, a TV room, a fireplace, a swimming pool, equipped kitchen, and “vintage” furniture, the house becomes the ideal place for an inspiring retreat. Inside, for moments of contemplation, is a winter garden with a koi pond and waterfall in the best Zen style.

All rooms have air conditioning, balconies, or direct access to the garden. The second-floor master suite features a king-size bed, an inviting three-seater sofa, jetted tub, and a bathroom with double vanity mirrors and double sinks.

The basic staff consists of a housekeeper and a housekeeper. To hire it, the daily value of services (8 hours) is R$ 700.00 and must be paid separately, as well as electricity, water and must be paid at the end of the stay.
