Really enjoyed this spot! There are neighboring apartments, but had no issues with noise or parking. If I’m ever back in Mitchell, this will be my first choice!

Great Little Unit

This worked well for us as a stopping point to overnight on our way from Missouri to Wyoming. The bed was super comfortable and we loved that it was right off the interstate.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for 5 nights. Price is great, place is clean, beds are comfy, has everything we need to cook. I just wish there were a TV in the master bedroom. Great location. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay in Mitchell

The host Benjamin was a great communicator and made everything so easy. The place was exactly like the pictures showed it to be. Hope this place is available my next time in Mitchell as it is my first choice.

This location was convenient to everything including I-90. Minutes to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very clean and they provided excellent snow removal service when we got snow.

Our daughter’s, in-laws, from Germany actually stayed there. I dropped them off and noticed that it was very clean and was a very nice apartment for the price. We called the owner to ask a few questions ahead of their stay, and he was very easy to get ahold of, and answered all of our questions. The international guests were very happy with their stay.

Quality Stop for Family

We stayed here on our way west. Our family of 5 was comfortable in this apartment (4-plex building). Directions for check-in and check-out were easy and simple. The complimentary Jimmy John subs were icing on the cake. We look to stay here again, as we travel across SD once or twice per year.

Very clean, very accessible, only issue was AC could not keep up and the location did not have an address posted on the building. Did not get notification on the key code to enter the building had to call the owner who was fantastic

Perfect little apartment!

The apartment is very clean with just the right amount of amenities. I was there during a blizzard and the place was warm and cozy all night. I stayed for 2 nights, but easily could have been comfortable for a week or more. Internet was fast. Two tvs made it extra nice for multiple people. Owner is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
