Thank you for your stay at Whitecaps, located right next door to the beach club pool and dune walkover. A great location for being in the heart of it all. Being in a coastal community with high humidity can cause a "beach" smell sometimes on hot summer days. We appreciate your feedback and do hope you will visit with us again. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was spotless, well‑maintained, and exactly as described. Our family of five had plenty of space, and the layout made it easy to settle in and relax. The location was perfect, close to the beach ramp and pool. The check‑in process was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout our stay.We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the condo. We would absolutely stay here again.--- Option 2: Detailed & Helpful for Future GuestsThis rental exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, comfortable, and well‑stocked with everything we needed for a stress‑free vacation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living area was perfect for winding down after long beach days. The location is excellent—just a short walk/drive to the beach and close to great dining options. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The host was responsive and friendly, and check‑in/check‑out were simple. We would highly recommend this property to families or anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable stay.--- Option 3: Short, Polished, and Pro

Overall the unit was great. My only complaint is the bed in the master was super hard. One thing to make sure you read is the pool is not included in the condo price. You will have to pay the beach club 25 per person to have access to all the amenities of the beach club which includes the pool. It is in the description but it is towards the end and I missed it. I was booking in a hurry and last minute and looked over it. Not on the host at all; it is my fault. Just wanted to leave it on the review to hopefully help a family know in advance. I have stayed in multiple condos like this one (with a club) and have not paid extra for the pool.

Beautiful Beach View Condo

This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We’ve stayed at multiple Pointe West listings and this was by far the cleanest with the nicest amenities (fluffy towels, keurig, newer pots/pans, nice outdoor furniture). It has great access to the Beach Club and private beach. We will definitely be back!

This property was amazing! I had to do a training for work (on zoom) for 2 days and wanted to get away while I did it. It was the perfect getaway - the condo is SO SO cute, and it's so easy to access the pool and the beach! My view of the ocean was perfect during the training, and I loved that the condo was pet friendly. My dog had more fun than me at the beach :) I would definitely stay here again!
