During rush hour, the traffic was quite busy however being so close to the Bradenton River Walk, we weren’t affected by it. We were able to walk to local restaurants - we particularly recommend Pier 22. Groceries were a 7-8 minute drive away.
Not very much insulation between 1st and second floors (we were on the first) so we were able to hear the upstairs people walking around and sometimes talking. Very nice place - seems new on the pics however it is clear once we got there that it’s an older place with some cracking on the walls, and a kitchen furnished with the basics for a short term stay. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and made most of our own meals so we ended up buying a potato peeler and masher, a salad spinner, and a kitchen knife to use during our stay (all of which we brought back home with us). Jackie - the host - was particularly helpful and asked on a couple of occasions if we needed anything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit.
