Great house near beach!

The house is great for family stay. It had everything we could need. It’s also perfect when traveling with in-laws since it is divided in 2 apartments. We really liked the location and the pool.

Excellent location

Beautiful location and loved that everyone was able to have their own room. Two bathrooms was a must. Having the pool to lounge in on such hot days was perfect.

The property was gorgeous! The pool was a welcome respite in the night time after being out and about all day. It was the perfect size to accommodate all of our family. The location was perfectly situated for travel to all of the locations we planned to visit. There were a couple of minor issues that the property manager Maria was more than accommodating in resolving for us. The only drawback was that there was no air conditioning in the common spaces. Overall a great experience though.

Great Place in Boqueron!

This place was perfect for 2 families of 4, each family with its own apartment. Excellent location, close to the poblado and the best beaches in town. We loved the pool and bbq, very breeze at night in april. We will definitely go back soon!

We had a wonderful time at the house, it was spacious and very close to some beautiful Caboboqueron beaches. We definitely recommend this property. Maria was very attentive to all my texts and followed up very quickly.

Very Nice property

This was a very nice home. We stayed with family and everything was very clean and nice. The only suggestion I would have is to add an air conditioning unit to the living room and dining room since it was hot in those areas even with all the windows open.

Awesome Property

Beautiful modern home with individual spaces for privacy let’s family members have their own private unit. Well appointed - safe and well secured home with a fantastic pool for late night dips-our family of nine were very comfortable close to the beautiful beaches in Cabo Rojo - nearby were awesome bakeries with the best espresso coffee and eats. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again next time we visit Puerto Rico!

We loved this home it was cozy, comfy and spacious. It fit our family of 12 comfortably it was absolutely beautiful. The pool is a good size everyone enjoyed it. Nothing like being comfortable when traveling with your family. Everyone was comfortable and the AC’s in every room keep the rooms nice and cold. They even had beach chairs, beach towels and coolers to use. The house is close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico we loved the location. We will definitely book our stay again when we visit again.

The property was very nice. I loved the fact that it’s two separate apartments in one. The host, Maria, was easily accessible and friendly. She maintained an open communication with me. She quickly resolved an issue we had with the plumbing. I loved that the house was so close to the beach and the poblado. Loved the pool and the area around it with the two showers and how the pool was maintained. Some things that were a minor issue were the following: the apartment upstairs did not have hot water; there’s no oven in any of the units; one of the bedrooms downstairs did not have a closet or a chest of drawers to put clothes in (the drawers that it had were on the bunk beds but they were facing the wall and were too close to it to be able to open them all the way and comfortably put clothes in them); the fountain at the pool was not working. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return to stay at the property.

Great Spot

When we first arrived it was apparent the cleaning crew did not come from the last guest. Dirty towels, beds slept in, bathrooms dirty, etc. I contacted the host and she answered immediately. Turns out it was a miscommunication between the cleaning company and her. She gathered a group of people and arrived within 20min of calling and began cleaning themselves. We had to leave for an hour and a half to 2 hours for them to clean but we just went to the beach. Of course we would have preferred it to be ready immediately without this mishap, but we applaud the owner for taking action. She was kind and gave us free laundry for the week. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. We felt safe with all of the locks and gates. It was a good spot and close to the beach! (like 8-10min drive) The only AC was in the rooms but it definitely kept us cool at night which was great. I would recommend adding another fan or AC in the kitchen/living room as it was very warm, we found ourselves sitting in our room at times to catch the cold air. The stove was not working, so we cooked our food on the grill. The pool was clean and much needed, the waterfall thing connected to it did not work though. She had 2 coolers, beach chairs, and towels for you to use at the beach which was great. All in all I would stay at this spot again as it was very spacious, we had plenty of room for our group of 8.

Grandparents' delight

We are an active family. Up early. Out to beaches and attractions. Return end of day to a pool while dinner is prepared, and then goo to bed to start again the next day. This property is perfect for active groups that also want some separation. We rented this property, and in the upstairs unit stayed one of our children, her husband and three children ages 9, 3 and 1. In the downstairs unit stayed grandma and grandpa. Best of both worlds. Property was clean. Secure. Hosts were kind, purchasing a new high chair and pack n play for our 1 year old. It is natural for kitchen items and things to migrate between the apartments. So at times, was looking for something on the first floor, to find it on the second floor. Property close to many great beaches: Boqueron ($4 entry to park); Playa Buye; Combate. Spend a weekend day in La Parguera for some night life, and go on a nighttime boat ride. Very pleasurable part of Purto Rico. Worth the 2.5 hour drive from the San Juan airport, which is a beautiful drive through the center of Puerto Rico.
