Solid property with lots of amenities and an EXEMPLARY host. Mark was the consummate professional host: welcoming, flexible. and responsive. The house was perfect for our needs, well cared for and and well stocked. Thoughtful instructions are provided for common questions (even a cheat sheet for the hot tub). There IS a significant damage deposit, but we understand that's to make sure that guests are responsible. We have relatives close by and will be back, such that we'll be checking in to see if this property is available for our next visits to the East Valley.

Happened to be here during the record breaking heat spell- pool was amazing! House is beautiful, cool ( temps), and roomy. Plenty of towels, detergents and dish soaps for laundry, washing dishes and dishwasher. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, shopping and restaurants. Our 2nd time here and would definitely choose it again.

The home offered lots of space for our group, with roomy common areas and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals easily — quality cookware, a full set of utensils, small appliances, and plenty of counter space. There were ample towels and linens, a well-equipped laundry area, and cleaning supplies on hand that made keeping things tidy effortless.

We loved staying at this house. The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the linens were awesome. The location was great. The private pool and hot tub were nice. We would stay there again!

Spring Getaway

Great location

Was in town for a wedding at the country club. Great location and a nice staging area for the groomsmen before the stsging area. Only complaint would be the hottub wasnt the cleanest but we wiped off the sides and called it good. Would definitely stay again.

Two families with older kids (9 people total) came to golf and relax. This house had everything we needed. House was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was nice.
