WARNING DONOT BOOK!!!

This was the worst experience I ever had … and I know that the host will probably write a rebuttal - so rent at your own RISK.. I arrived at the home and I was greeted by rats outside the home and the front porch- there was a hot plate in the kitchen - so there is NO stove. It reeked of urine and it’s a basement or something. There is no escape if fire was to happen, making it unsafe. I travel alot and have utilized VRBO with the confidence that they vest their host. I was very disappointed to learn that they donot.. What was even worse is that when I reported this unit the host responded with sexist comments. Donot believe anything that this host say he is committing consumer fraud and his dishonesty will catch up with him. Please take my advice no matter how cheap he may be listed - it’s disgusting and filthy. VRBO wil NOT contribute to you receiving a refund or a copies of any complaints instead they will allow the host to supersede all your documented evidence- WARNING DONOT BOOK

Extremely clean and awesome host

The place was extremely clean. The host was available with any questions I had. He was over the top accommodating. The only issue I had was the floor was buckling in a couple of areas and the bathroom was very small. I would recommend this place to others anytime.

Cute, Cozy & Comfortable Vacation spot

The owner accommodated all of our needs and responding quickly. The place is fresh, clean, cool and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a very comfortable, quiet and peaceful stay. Three ample sized bedrooms, plenty of drawers, nice furniture,with clean and fresh linens. Comfy couch in the living room area. Clean & fresh bathroom. Our family would definitely stay again and hoghly recommend. Very easy check in & check out. No one intruded nor imposed themselves and the owner was readily answered all communications.
