This newly built 6 bedroom villa is located in the area of Aleomandra at the edge of a wind protected rocky shore and offers a unique waterfront view. The first floor features the second open plan kitchen and 2 en suite double bedrooms, out of which one is a master with panoramic sea views. Both bedrooms open to the first-floor terrace with built-in lounge areas and the fire pit. The staff room is also located on this level, right next to the kitchen, and has its own bathroom. On the second floor is the main master bedroom with panoramic sea views and a walking closet, which opens to the terrace with the outdoor Jacuzzi. All 3 levels may be accessed by the stairs or the lift of the villa.
