About this property

DIRECT OCEANFRONT furnished two bedroom two bathrooms at the Brigadune. Conveniently located off Shore Drive in the Arcadian section of Myrtle Beach, the Brigadune offers a private, quiet beach experience close to central highway access, many shopping/dining options, golf, and favorite local attractions. On-site amenities include a large outdoor pool oasis, sun tanning deck, picnic table area, and private beach access with outdoor showers. The unit is on the 4th floor - close to the elevator, and offers panoramic oceanfront views. Walking through the front door, you enter a foyer with a large spacious galley-style kitchen on the left. The kitchen features a complete set of appliances and lots of counter space, including a breakfast bar and a pantry for storage. The open floor plan concept garners lots of natural light from the back sliding door that leads to your oversized private oceanfront balcony. The living room offers an overhead ceiling fan, flat screen tv, and dining area - all tastefully furnished with beach decor. On the left side of the unit, off the hallway, are two large bedrooms with plenty of closet space, flat-screen TVs, and overhead ceiling fans. The bathroom off the hallway has a single sink, bowl vanity, and tub/shower combo. Master bedroom has additional sliding door access to the private balcony and offers windows with incredible oceanfront views. Master bathroom en-suite features a single sink bowl vanity and ceramic tiled walk-in shower.

VERY clean, spacious, quiet beach, close to everything, PERFECT!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental process was simple - booked online through Palmetto's website and paid half up front. A few days prior to traveling, I sent the required info to lease office and received lockbox code for Sunday check in. Lockbox process was very simple and convenient. Condo was super clean and on a perfect stretch of quiet beach - at no time would it have been difficult to get a prime spot on the sand. Only hiccup was that the office didn't reply to a texted question about the after-hours condo entry process, but we ended up being in early every night so it didn't become an issue. Overall I would definitely rent this property again - it was a wonderful stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First we like to say, we enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit along with the nice furnishings. The balcony had beautiful ocean front view.WE noticed five issues regarding the unit.1)The blinds in the living room and second bedroom didn't close properly for privacy, to make matters worst, we were told that realtor and owner knew before we arrived. No blinds in main bedroom off the balcony. 2)We were not given a code for 10pm entrance to the building. We got it from an employee on the next day.3)The TV in the second bedroom didn't work and the towel bar was loose in the bathroom.4)There was an odor in the kitchen and we had to clean the counters, table and placemats, they were filthy.5)WE waited for the realtor to recall us back about these issues, never did!We're sorry for having to write this kind of review.
